Job Explanation:

• Recruiter must have basic knowledge of Internet, E-Mail and PC Operating System
• Must possesses impressive Customer Service Skills
• Must be capable to analyze and solve technical problem
• Should have to support customer with Broadband connectivity issues by the way of telephone and where possible remote assistance
• Should have to configure entire Mail and FTP Clients
• Selected Candidates should have to provide support for Windows 98SE, 2000, ME, AND XP Setting which may affect or prevent connectivity to Internet
• Will be responsible for Brower Setting which may influence the customer ability to review web pages
• Should have to handle and try to reduce complaints and objections of customer affectively

Desire for Candidate Profile:

Ø       Candidates must have knowledge and understanding of following topic: How to browse Internet, How to use E-mails, How to use Windows, etc.

Ø       Must be able to understand the function of all computer components that is CPU, Memory, Monitor, USB etc.

Ø       Must have proper knowledge of Home Networking, use of area wireless technologies, wireless home technology for including of devices and protocols
