Roles and Responsibilities of Candidate with reference to Job:

• Should be responsible for handling calls which comes to IAS Technical Helpdesk
• Should be role as troubleshooter and give first level online solution over toolfree & register calls completely with full proper information
• Should have to classify SOP by capturing the relevant technical information and adhering to the QA norms set
• Must have ability to handle first level increasing calls from end customers
• Should have to write business friendly E-mails
• Should have to work as excellent team player
• Must have outstanding customer orientation skills
