About Job Profile:

• Selected Candidate would be the part of Company’s International Hiring Team which will take care of all company’s onsite hiring which is performed on internationally basis.
• Should have to mange hiring targets with ensure closing at correct time
• Should have to utilize all hiring channels effectively such as Job Boards, Networking etc.
• Should must have to interface with Engagement Managers and Directors whenever it required
• Should have to manage SLAs and will be responsible for hiring deliverables
• Must have capability to handle a team of 2 – 3 employees, should have to take care of one or more verticals of Syntel
• Should have dynamic professional attitude who can handle the challenges of growing organization like Syntel.

About Candidate Profile:

Ø      must have 1-5 years of experience in International Enrollment, preferable in US Market

Ø      must have strong communicating skills

Ø      must have good ability to build relationship

Ø      BPO, KPO Professional who are working in HRO Domain can also look for Hiring

Ø      Candidates having strong understanding of US geography and culture will be preferred

Ø      Must have ability to work in night shifts along with capability to work under pressure
