• Must have capability to achieve target subscribers in allotted areas
• Should have to achieve target achiever for handsets & RCVs
• Should also have to centrally constant focus on increasing width and depth of for Handsets & RCVs
• Candidates have to provide On-Job-Training to DSR team with the help of Distributor Sales Representatives
• Should have to co-ordinate with other vendors (Nokia, Motorola etc.) in Open Market Handsets for Evaluation and Improvement of distributors
• Should have to ensure high standardized excellence consisting the use of POS and signage along with visibility of leadership against competition
• Recruiters should have to  Check the performances of Distributors along with Preferred retailers

Desire of Profile:

-         Should must require knowledge of Bengali Language

-         Must visited entire part of West Bengal

-           Candidates having experience of 1 – 4 years in Telecom or FMCH should be preferred
