Role and Responsibility of Freshers:

-         Should have to provide trouble shooting and replicating with complex customer issues and should have to manage issues with the help of fault resolution process.

-         Should have to maintain call logs and report work activity

-         Cooperate with customer, sales, product management, engineering teams and other critical support centre

Essential Requirement for Job Profile:

Ø      Candidates must have experience in one or more Perl, C or Unix Shell Scripting

Ø      Must have educational qualification of Degree or Diploma Engineering from Computer Science Discipline

Ø      Should have System level experience with Windows 2000 and Windows XP as well as UNIX (one or more of Solaris, HP, UX, or Linux)

Ø      Requires Database Knowledge like Oracle, RDBMS

Ø      Must have good communicating skills

Ø      Should require ability to work in night shifts
