Jobs Description

• Good Supporting Experience of Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Outlook
• Good and Efficient experience in technical, administration skills in Windows Desktops, e-mail routing, TCP/IP, SMTP, HP/Dell Computers, DNS, WINS and Active directory
• Candidates having Knowledge of Software/ Hardware will be preferred

Desire for Candidates Profile

Ø      Candidates have to provide solutions for users through Email, Web Tickets, Voice

Ø      Candidates have to complete task which is provided L2 teams and Group manager

Ø      Execute and maintain record of routine task

Ø      Should have to create and update system documentation per instructions from L2 or group

Ø      Should have to suggest service improvement plan or idea
