• Candidates should have to provide technical support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers or peripherals using tools
• Provide troubleshooting efforts to recognize  products on customer issues and issue service calls with providing guidelines
• Should have to maintain log and suitably document all contacts with customers in designated tools
