The candidates qualified for the post would have to pay various responsibilities including: -

·        He would have to conduct independent depth research on subject of interest of Consumer Product and Retail Industry

·        Provide Knowledge of Leveraging to help consulting teams for deliver closest impact on clients problems

·        He would have to develop insights and strategies on prime issue concern for Capgemini’s global CPR Clients

·        Should have to participate in International training events build sector expertise for global Capgemini’s CPR Consultants

Educational Qualification

Post Graduate degree from a premier Institute

o       Candidates must have good knowledge of the issue and future challenges facing global CPR Industry

o       Should have good experience of strategic analysis and research

o       Good and strong analytical skills & sense for structure and logic

o       Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communicating skills and problem solving skills

o       Should have expert in developing PowerPoint (ppt) based reports

o        Should have experience of working with internationally detached projects, in a matrix organizational set-up

o       Ability to handle problems of allocated work with little guidance
